A hot flavourful dish cooked with madras spices, paprika, roasted red chillies with a touch of tamarind garnished with fried red chilli accompanied with a special yogurt sauce.

KORMA

A creamy mild dish cooked with almonds, cashews, coconut cream and garnished with sweet peppers, almonds and pistachios

JALFREZI

A spicy dish cooked with chillies, bell peppers, onions and tomatoes garnished with fried onions and chillies
